By accessing or using GAHNA DI ("the Platform"), operated by GAHNA AI Lab ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GAHNA DI is a decision intelligence platform that monitors external signals (news, regulatory feeds, cyber threat databases, weather, financial markets) and provides contextual risk assessments and actionable decisions for critical infrastructure protection.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to harm, threaten, or harass others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (d) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (e) resell or redistribute access without authorization.
The Platform, including its AI models, risk scoring algorithms, and sector playbooks, is proprietary to GAHNA AI Lab. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business operations.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data from public intelligence sources. Customer-specific data (assets, decisions, policies) is stored securely and isolated per tenant.
The Platform is provided "as is". Risk assessments and decisions are generated from automated analysis of external signals and should not be the sole basis for critical operational decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of intelligence data from third-party sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAHNA AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
